After-sales service is any support provided to a customer after the product or service has already been purchased. At Expert we use after-sales support as a business strategy to achieve higher customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and even word-of-mouth-marketing.

We provide following post sales services to our customers

  • Warranty Service

We provide warranty protection in case of failure of AC prematurely for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase/installation. The company will repair or replace free of charge any part or parts of the air conditioner as per the terms This typically covers motors, compressors, electrical components, burners, controls and sensors.

We also provide two free service for the customers during the warranty period

  • Preventive Diagnostic

HVAC equipment’s if not serviced then the risk of breakdown increases. As dirt builds up on the systems filter, the filter becomes blocked it can also cause potential mechanical breakdowns by infiltrating the HVAC systems motor. A clogged motor runs the risk of overheating the system leading to failure. 

  • Breakdown

We operate 365 days to attend any breakdown during warranty period/AMC period or for casual service.

  • Annual Maintenance

An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a contract in which the we as service provider promises to offer AC maintenance and repair services to the customer at a fixed yearly price once the AC’s warranty expires. This enables customers to operate their ACs efficiently for a longer period.
